Praise in the Badlands 2022

June 20, 2022 by Vanessa Ueckert

Join us for a great night of Christian music at the Burning Hills Amphitheatre in Medora on Monday, August 8, 2022!

About the Opening Act: Ben Fuller
Music has taken Ben Fuller’s life and made it into something he never would have dreamed. Growing up in southern Vermont, on his family dairy farm, where he learned about hard work and a passion he saw first-hand from his father, he started singing at a young age to pass the time. Well, the song just never stopped and somewhere between the farm and college, he picked up a guitar and never looked back. Ben dubbed his first album “Witness” after his first single by the same name, before having read Isaiah 43:10. It has now become the focal point of his music, which has turned into a beautiful ministry.

About the Headliners: We Are Messengers
“In a time of so much uncertainty and loss, I am grateful for the daily reminder that we are not alone and that no matter what may come, our God is always faithful to see us through it,” shares front man of “We Are Messengers”, Darren Mulligan. We Are Messengers has 350 million on-demand global streams and boasts six Top 5 and Top 10 Christian Airplay hits. The band’s album, Power +, features the award-winning self-acceptance anthem “Maybe It’s OK”, which has been hailed as “air to a drowning man” by Rawckus Magazine, and “potent, effective and liberating” by Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global. We Are Messengers has played for a live audience of over 2 million people across 40 states and 5 countries, including selling out shows in the Netherlands, England, and lead vocalist Darren Mulligan’s native Ireland. The Dove-nominated and K-LOVE Award winning group has the #1 single, “Come What May,” from their most recent album, Wholehearted.
